The Road Ahead.

Just a basic daily photo today.

I took the dogs out for an off-lead run at Fosbender Park earlier. The shortest distance to Fosbender from home is via the road cone slalom which surrounds the upgrade work on a pumping station that keeps the low-lying area around Invercargill Airport well drained.

In conjunction with the road cone slalom is a set of traffic lights to control traffic on the single lane created while the work is ongoing.

This photograph was shot through the car windscreen while I was waiting for the red to change to green.
