Butcher’s Dam near Alexandra.

We travelled from Lowburn home to Invercargill today marking the last day of our 5-week long road trip.

Our lunch stop was at Butcher’s Dam just out of Alexandra, another of our favourite freedom camping sites – especially when the weather is nice.

But today was cold and windy threatening a downfall of rain or possibly even snow judging by the temperature.

Today’s daily photo is again from my Lumix G95 with standard 12-60mm kit lens. Post-processing as usual was in DxO Photolab 6 and Nik SIlver Efex Pro.

I’m getting very fond of my black-and-white imagery and feel I am at last getting to grips with “seeing in black and white“.
